1. Do you sell wholesale?

We do not sell wholesale. Mycraftcentral.com is a retailer and does not offer wholesale pricing. We do offer discounts on some bulk purchases, but you must contact us with your requests to see if this would be available for your particular purchase.

2. Do you have a "walk-in" store?

Mycraftcentral.com is an Internet store. We do not have a traditional brick-and-mortar store. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we strive to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" as possible.

3.  What payment methods do you offer?

We offer the following payment options:

Cash On Delivery

This payment method is available only for residents of the UAE. The courier company will collect cash from you when they deliver your order.

Bank Transfer

Detailed payment instructions for bank or money exchange transfer will be emailed to you after we received your order. Goods will be shipped once the funds are received. Payments must be received within 3 days from the date of purchase, otherwise the order will be automatically deleted from our system . We will not be able to hold goods pending bank transfer. We will promptly inform you should the products become unavailable subsequently. 

PayPal Invoice

Customers choosing to pay via PayPal will be sent a money request after the order is packed and ready for dispatch. PayPal payments are processed in USD. The cost of your order will auto-convert to USD equivalent for processing the payment. All PayPal transactions will be in USD and a 4% PayPal fee will be applicable. 

4. What are your shipping rates?


Shipping in the UAE (within main city limits) will be delivered with in 1-2 days. The shipping charges will be 30 AED for up to 5 kgs. Every additional kg is is 2 AED. 

Remote areas will incur a courier charge of AED 45. We will get in touch with you via telephone or email if your address falls under remote area.


Actual shipping charges will be emailed to you for your approval before dispatching your order . We can only arrange shipping of food coloring and other perishable products to GCC countries . 

5. When will I receive my order?


All orders placed on the website are subject to availability and will be delivered as soon as possible . If you have an urgent delivery deadline please make sure you contact mycraftcentral@gmail.com to check for availability. 

Your order will reach you in 2 working days for Cash on Delivery payment. If you opt for Bank Transfer payment method, your order will be dispatched only after we receive the payment in full. 

Addresses in remote areas of UAE will receive their order in 3-5 working days. Delays can occur in delivery if the customer doesn’t respond to the courier company’s calls on time.

International Customers

Orders will be dispatched only after we receive the payment in full and should reach you within 5 working days depending on your location and address.

6. What happens if an item I ordered is found to be out of stock?

We make every effort to only list products that are in stock. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, it will be deleted from your order and have the remaining of your order shipped to you. We do not backorder products that are out-of-stock. Kindly reorder when it becomes available an item you ordered is out of stock for whatever reason, we will deduct the amount of the out of stock item from the total. 

We understand that some of you will not be able to utilize particular supplies unless the entire order is available. In these cases we ask you to indicate a special request in the "Comment Section" of your order form. We will be sure to contact you if a specially requested item is unavailable.

7. What is your Return & Exchange Policies?

All orders submitted are final and cannot be cancelled. Please review everything carefully before placing an order as duplicate items will not be returned either

8. What if I receive a damaged product?

Items are supplied in perfect condition and once received are no longer refundable. If you received goods that are damaged or  faulty or  please get in touch with us and we will do our best to solve the issue. We make sure that your orders are carefully packed for courier and will not be responsible for any damages that happened during shipping. As retailers, we do not have dealership with any of the companies. Therefore, we will not be able to provide any warranty or repair on items damaged during use or handling of the product.

9. Does your Shipping Fee include Customs and Duty Taxes?

 Customs duty has to be paid by the customer according to your country's  customs policy.
